In-store Event Set a scheduled time at an Ahi & Vegetable location and invite your supporters to visit during that time. Spicy Ahi Bowls are sold for $8 during your event, and your organization earns $3 per bowl sold.
Your Event Purchase Spicy Ahi Bowls for $5 each and sell them at your event. It's a simple way to serve great food while raising funds.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this is an application and does not guarantee approval or fulfillment. Ahi & Vegetable, a brand of Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc., reserves the right to approve, modify, reschedule, or decline any application based on operational capacity and availability.
Participation is limited to Hawaii-based schools, nonprofit organizations, sports teams, and community organizations. Applications must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Participation in this fundraiser program does not constitute a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Ahi & Vegetable or Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. are not responsible for, and have no control over, how the fundraiser program or event is promoted, represented, or conducted by the organization.
In-Store Events
Spicy Ahi Bowls will be sold at $8 per bowl during the approved event window. The organization will receive $3 per qualifying bowl sold, based on POS reporting. Payment will be issued by check the following business day.
Only transactions processed during the official event window qualify.
Off-Site Events
Organizations pre-purchase bowls at $5 each and are responsible for all resale. Ahi & Vegetable does not control resale pricing.
Once items are picked up, the organization assumes full responsibility for all inventory, storage, handling, and distribution. By accepting the order, the organization confirms that all products were received in good condition and agrees to follow all applicable food safety guidelines, including maintaining proper temperature control.
The organization is responsible for any issues arising after pickup and agrees to hold harmless Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the handling, storage, or sale of the products.
All sales are final. No refunds. Ahi & Vegetable is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or disputes related to fundraiser sales.
Liability, Compliance & Marketing
The organization is responsible for all promotion, compliance, and tax obligations and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. from any claims related to the fundraiser.
By participating, the organization grants Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. the right to reference the organization’s name and participation for marketing purposes. Logo use requires prior approval.
Ahi & Vegetable reserves the right to verify information and modify or cancel events as needed. Program terms are subject to change without notice.
