Fundraiser Card Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that this is an application and does not guarantee approval or fulfillment. Ahi & Vegetable, a brand of Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc., reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any application based on program guidelines and operational capacity.

Participation is limited to Hawaii-based schools, nonprofit organizations, sports teams, and community organizations. Personal fundraisers and out-of-state organizations are not eligible. Applications must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Participation in this fundraiser program does not constitute a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Ahi & Vegetable or Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. are not responsible for, and have no control over, how the fundraiser program or sale of fundraiser cards is promoted, represented, or conducted by the organization.

Fundraiser Card Terms

Fundraiser cards are sold at $5 per card in increments of 50. Organizations agree to resell each card at $8 and retain $3 per card sold.

Each card is redeemable for one (1) Spicy Ahi Bowl and is valid through the printed expiration date. Cards expire on December 31 of the printed year. Physical card required. One-time use only. No cash value. No change given. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Payment must be made in full prior to pickup. Once cards are released, the organization assumes full responsibility for all inventory, sales, and distribution. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Cards may not be altered, reproduced, discounted, bundled, or resold through third-party platforms without prior written approval.

All sales are final. No refunds. Ahi & Vegetable is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or disputes between the organization and its customers.

Liability, Compliance & Marketing

The organization is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and taxes related to its fundraising activities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. from any claims arising from its participation.

By participating, the organization grants Ahi & Vegetable and Fresh Island Fish Co., Inc. the right to reference the organization’s name and participation for marketing purposes. Logo use requires prior written approval.

Program terms, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Ahi & Vegetable reserves the right to verify information and revoke participation at any time.
